Progress electric modular deck ovens are high quality products, complete with steam generators which inject the right amount of steam into the oven. Their compact size makes these ovens perfect for the diversified production of all type of oven products, with the possibility of performing different cooking programmes at the same time: from large loaves of bread (such as those typical of Apulia and Tuscany, etc.), to Italian specialities such as paninis, focaccia and farinata. The Avangarde rotating ovens are designed for the production of large quantities, particularly baguettes, biscuits and taralli.
