RECIPE OF THE GLUTEN FREE BUNS

Forni David offers a yummy and healthy recipe, because the buns gluten free are carbohydrates and power source and can used in different variants to appease the most discerning palates. It’s possible to prepare a great deal of buns and then to freeze them by necessity. Ingredients for 4 persons:

  • - 250 gr. of gluten free flour
  • -210 ml of lukewarm water
  • -3 gr. of brewer’s yeast
  • -Extra virgin olive oil
  • -172 teaspoon of salt
  • -Cooking salt
  • -1 teaspoon of brown sugar

Preparation:

Sift the flour and in a bowl melt the brewer’s yeast with 100 ml of lukewarm water and add a teaspoon of brown sugar to advance the leaving. Mix the liquid solution with fork and add a spoonful of flour letting it stand while produces a spume. Add 100 gr of gluten free flour and mix up energetically. Let the mixture rise till the pastry will redouble. Melt the ferments in the rest of water, add the remaining flour and knead for a while. Add to the mixture 2 spoon of extra virgin olive oil, salt and let it stand to rise till the pastry will redouble. Bring the block and divide the pastry in small balls. Put the pastry on floured baking pan into the oven for the time interval needed for bread leavening. Then heat the oven to 200°C. Just before putting the buns into the oven, rolled, pierce and sprinkle the buns with cooking salt. Put back in oven at 200° for 5 minutes and then reduce the temperature at 180° for 15 minutes.
