GLUTEN-FREE CHOCOLATE COOKIES RECIPE

  • Ingredients:
  • -2 eggs
  • -100 grams potato flour
  • -100 grams rice flour
  • -100 grams sugar
  • -100 grams gluten-free margarine
  • -150 grams gluten-free chocolate
  • -a pinch of salt

Preparation

Divide the egg yolks from the whites. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and margarine until you have a thick cream. Then put the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Combine the two mixtures with starch and flour, previously sifted. It is advisable to use a silicone spatula and mix always from bottom to the top, so that you do not disassemble the whole. Chop the chocolate and mix. Fill a pastry bag with the mixture and form disks on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.

15/20 minutes (until the edges start to brown)
