Ingredients

For the base:

  • - Gr. 288 00 flour
  • - Gr. 113 soft butter
  • - Gr. 268 granulated sugar
  • - N. 2 eggs
  • - Gr. 15 baking powder
  • - Ml. 250 low-fat milk
  • - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Limoncello bagna:

  • - 100 gr. water
  • - 50 gr. limoncello
  • - 50 gr. sugar

Lemon Curd:

  • - 4 lemon (juice and zest))
  • - 200 gr. white sugar)
  • - 80 gr. butter)
  • - 4 eggs)
  • - 4 teaspoons of starch or starch (Optional)

Procedure:

    For the base of the cake starte by mixing all the dry ingredients and with the aid of a food processor, add little by little the soft butter.
