The Progress modular deck electric ovens are high quality, high-performance products adapted to the delicate and uniform cooking of all confectionary products. They are highly versatile ovens, able to cook any confectionery product to perfection and have running costs similar to those of gas ovens. The Progress ovens are made entirely of stainless steel and guarantee high performance with low energy consumption.

The characteristics of Progress ovens can be summarised as follows:

• Maximum accuracy of the electronic control of temperature.
• Large consumer economy due to the special insulation, heat distribution
  (diffusers) and inlet compensator.
• Low consumption: 1 kw/h per each 60x40 baking tray.
Robust and long-lasting (resistances completely separated from the
  product).
• Interior and exterior made of stainless steel.
• Lighting with dichroic lamps.
Mobile due to wheels.
