Valentine's Day is near and it’s high time to think about celebrations. The origin of the festival is somewhat controversial, but in Europe, in the Americas and in the Far East this day is celebrated on February the 14th. The practice of exchanging love notes between pairs must certainly date from the 496 AD by Benedictine monks of France and England who contributed to the spread the party in the typical traits of today. To celebrate with sweetness and originality this day devoted to romance, Forni David has chosen to tell you a recipe that has the fragrance of the flower dedicated to passion: The Rose Muffin. Fragrant and sweet as the words of love, thanks thanks to David Progress Electric Modular Deck Ovens and David World Single Chamber each muffin will be soft and fragrant.

Ingredients

  • - 200 grams of flour 00
  • - 150 g butter
  • - 120 g sugar
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 1 pinch of salt
  • - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • - 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • - 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • - 1 teaspoon of rose essence
  • - Red food coloring
  • - Heart-shaped sugar for decoration

Procedure:

    Take a bowl and break the eggs into that adding sugar. Whip it all with the help of electric whisk until the mixture is thoroughly swollen. Add the melted butter, but at room temperature and then the vanilla extract and rose. If you like you can also add the red food coloring to make them even more on the subject. Now Sift the flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda, stir and then add gradually to the egg and sugar. Pour the mixture into pastry paper case, taking care to fill them for 2/3, then bake the muffins in the oven at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes. Let cool completely the muffins and dedicate to the decoration.
